Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. This time we have set aside for you is very important to us. A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. This will be applied to your treatment upon checkout. Thrive Aesthetics and Wellness LLC. respectfully requests a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Appointments canceled outside of the 48-hour timeframe and/or no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is completed. A subsequent deposit will be required at the time of booking your next appointment. 

We recognize the time of our patients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other patients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

Refund Policy: 

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Thrive Aesthetics is committed to patient satisfaction and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have in regard to the services/treatments before purchase.
